After company owners left the executive positions, new management failed to transform the company from a family business to a corporation. With seniority as the only measure, senior employees promoted to management and mid-management positions are not up to the challenges they face, lacking the engineering, business and leadership skills. Faced with the recent recession and a steady fall of revenue senior management is trying to grab as much as possible for their own pockets and the dissolution of the values has led to a grim culture and low morale among the employees.

Unhappy with leadership and company's priorities a lot of people left the company in last two years. The good news is that CEO and CSO are gone. The bad news is that nobody knows what the future will bring. Company needs to re-stock at least 30 engineering jobs within a couple of months and that will either result in poor quality or overpaying for talent. If first, company will lose customers.
