      Flexible work environment with great benefits

      A lot of flexibility, summer hours! very generous benefits plan, PTO. Investment on development, direct approach with leaders and colleagues. Spotlight program, constant employee surveys.

      None to think about, I think is a very good company to work at.

      Pros

      Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

      Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.

      Gained a lot of experience in insurance working there. Some days are busy, some days are regular, and some days are slow. Great work/life balance. Met great people while work at that company.
