I feel its an elementary school more than corporate office. Let me explain the environment and infrastructure in detail. As soon as you step into office you feel as if you entered a botanical garden. I believe most of the people will be fooled by seeing this. Once you hit the floor you will come to know that this is an low rated D grade office. You can see the sealing fan and table fans hanging to the wall. Even in summer there dont turn on the A/C fully. Coming to the cafeteria, I am sorry in this office there is no cafeteria its a mess where all the employees bring the boxes and to hav catareen service where they provide hug bowl of half boiled rice and exactly three tea spoons of 2 curries which cost you Rs 50/- I bet you would like to fast instead having that. Coming to working hours few teams need to wrk for seven and half hours out of eight hours for six days a week and few teams work for eight hours fifty minutes for five days a week. Even if you go for loo it is considered as non working hours and you will have 40 mins break in which you need to have your lunch, tea break,goo for loo and have to do all the personal works such as talking to your family members on call. More over if your are late for 10 mins for 2 time then you will loose your half day leave. For first 12 months you are eligible for 10 leaves and you get 1 leave for ever 36 days. Now most important about managers assistance managers and teams leads. Lets start with the team leads. Simply there are name sick leads for team. Leads are as equal as a new hire in this job. They never interact with there team nor provide any support or encourage. In simple words there are equal to the fans and tables in the office. Where has assistant managers I dont know how there become assistance mangers when there dont know what they team member is capable off. Assistance managers are as first three letters of assistance. They are only for show off. Even in the meeting they cant speak of they own. Manager will write a script and he should speak the same without changing the single word. Finally my favorite manager I understand that managers in this organization are really not the managers they are all rounds. They discuss your salary as hr they turn on and off the ac they change chair if you had any problem with it even if toilet pair are not available in wash you need to go managers. I dont know why there is separate hr and admin department in this office because for ever this manager is responsible. You need to address your manager assistance manager as madam or sir as if in you are in school. If your manager saw you speaking to opp gender then get ready for diwali in this office its crime if you interact with your colleagues. If you're more interactive then your place will be changed same as our teachers do in primary School. If you have a brian you wont join this company after reading all this. Hope you have a brain make right choice
