remote work, 3 annual travel events to cool places
Cons
No benefits, no structure, no real initiative or goal to follow. Hard to prioritize or innovate when your "directions" change all the time. Also, my position was changed suddenly to 50% cold call sales. That was not what I was hired for, I had zero experience and was given no training.
