      None. Because there aren't any

      Cons

      Partner creates culture of fear which intimidates employees and makes them feel threatened. There is no training or any type of onboarding. Work life balance does not exist and the worse part is that he requests you to risk your integrity by lying to clients and on your LinkedIn to make you look like you are not a new employee. Working at Nitor was the worst professional decision I ever made. Do not work there

      Cross functional work stream Knowledgeable internal resources Client facing Work from home when not on site Fully vested 401(k) company match Work hard to play hard

      Cons

      No training before being put on project. Learn as you go philosophy May be asked to represent yourself as something you are not. Perception overrides reality. Lot of over-promising May be only person on ‘project team’ assuming multiple roles May be put on multiple projects simultaneously that conflict with one another Internal communication is lacking across Principals

      No sufficient guidance from management. Employees were placed at a client site with little guidance on project requirements.
