Bullying by the CEO herself. She uses vulgar language to her employees. No managing skills. Underpaid. Has not respect for others. No leadership skills, managements skills, or communication skills. Most if not all the positive reviews that have been posted on this site are by her or her HR. Stay away from this company especially H1 candidates she will use this against you......

CEO shows signs of Paranoia with an uncontrolable urge to micro manage. She literally thinks that she is a dictator and doesnt follow her own guidelines. The HR is unable to do their job due to her constant interference. She barged in the room while i was having a talk with the HR in confidence. She insisted in listening in when i had no interest in doing that. She will ask me if i knew who she was...completely lacks self confidense and any know how on how to run a company. In my 25 years of working in all kind of place, NITS so far is 'the' worst. Only place i saw where the owner will literally barks and screams as her employee in front of everyone. A lot of folks on work visa getting exploited. The CEO will recite multiple time that you cant get time off even if you put in 55+ hours a week.
