Pros

Good environment, paid off holidays

Cons

If u don’t like kissing managers butts you mind as well not work here. No overtime. Your Christmas bonus is a disgusting ham. (That you end up throwing out). Nlb thinks they can just throw a big party when everybody would much rather just be given a bonus. Everything is very rushed and they need parts right now right away, then it sits there for months untouched. Very disorganized company. A lot of the upper management does not care about you as an employee, you just need to make them hit there bonus and you get paid 20 dollars an hour. While they are making millions off you. You get no overtime. Even an hour and they use it against you. Only give you overtime when they need you to get something done that they told you at 11:30 am and you leave at 2:30. Hr ladies suck. They will fire you if u look at them wrong. But then when somebody goes to complain about being sexually harassed they will fire you for it. Nlb hires young people for cheap wages. I think they have a lot to review. I wish them the best of luck.

Pros

Communication between departments is better than most other workplaces I've been. Sure, miscommunications happen, as will happen anywhere. But the groups try to keep everyone else informed and involved. Structure is clear. Processes are defined. Seems most of the coworkers here get along well, and the management as a whole tries to stay in touch and maintain relationship with everyone in the company, top to bottom.

Cons

The engineering work can get redundant. Unless you're in the R&D group, it's not really rocket-science. The pace and the attention to detail are really the focal point of the engineering work. Not even necessarily a bad thing, for some, just wasn't looking like the work path that would have kept me entertained personally.
