Pros

Industry Leader in Media Analytics NLogic is well-regarded in the Canadian media and broadcast space, offering advanced tools for audience measurement and advertising insights. Innovative Products They develop cutting-edge products like Lens for TV and Lens for Radio, which help media professionals make data-driven decisions.

Cons

1. Limited Global Presence NLogic primarily focuses on the Canadian market, which might limit exposure to international projects or broader media analytics ecosystems. 2. Niche Industry Focus The company is heavily centered around media and broadcast analytics. If you're looking to expand into other sectors like fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce, the experience may be too specialized.

Pros

cannot think of any in the comparison. pay grade is too low.

Cons

there are no opportunities to advance in tech lead positions since there are managers who are afraid to give them the role and there are no women in those selection panels. it's very clear.

NLogic Canada Response

We’re sorry to hear about your negative view of NLogic and surprised by your perception that there is a gender bias in senior positions. Our President & COO along with 3 of our 5 directors and VPs are women. Also, two of our 3 Software Engineer leads are women. We’re a bit confused by your comment about panels as we do not have any panels or part-time positions other than through our offshore recruiting partners. So perhaps your experience is with them and not directly with NLogic. We appreciate all feedback and best of luck with your future job endeavors.
