COVID19 has set the company back in possibly the worst time of a large managerial shift and exposed new management incompetence. Redundancies across the board (except office/management) due to aerospace industry hit hard by covid. Low paid employees are a face they can put a number to, you have no progression or training potential at this company and getting any sort of pay rise is none existent, old skilled workforce carried the company and have not been replaced, incredibly hard to find skilled individuals to come work for the company as pay is under the typical standard. Managing director lives in a bubble, he is a middle class mini capitalist who is a propaganda churner with no sense of direction for senior management.

Completely ingrained in old manners, very poor at training new employees, no standard practices since very little turnover, very little documentation for new employees to learn from, poor management in some departments. Extremely gossipy environment, other hourly employees watch and time others' breaks, managers act through emotion rather than being professional.
