-Good Salary to start with your career. -Since the workforce is small, you can get an opportunity to work directly with financially hefty projects.

Cons

- Promotions to higher hierarchy designations are not fast. - Major projects are located in remote places. - A lot of bureaucracy and politics involved at workplace.

Pros

Good learning experience and responsibilities has been conferred too early in my case...free hand provided to execute projects in time without much interruption from seniors..salary wise too good..have seen my salary double in 5 years.. Medical benefits are huge for self and family complemented with other benefits too..

Cons

No cons as such..only the locations are a bit Remote and efforts can be put to develop the project locations to facilitate good family life.
