Unclear job requirements and expectations.
Expect to always work 55+ hour weeks without including travel.
Very little training was involved.
No performance reviews.
Great team based work environment where everyone feels more like a friend than a coworker. Hard work that is satisfying and many things to learn.
Cons
The pay doesn't seem to be great, perhaps I haven't been with the company long enough to see, but the very small number of employees with children really is a bit worrying when the owners seem perfectly flush with cash as a man seeking a career that can deliver the promise of having a family and a home one day.
