Pros
Great benefits package, work life balance and other office perks. The type of work is very fulfilling from a social impact standpoint.
Cons
Very top heavy organization where the bulk of the salary goes to director and above while mid-level and below is very average pay. Education requirements are a burden where most positions are overeducated compared to the same position at other firms in the industry. Poor money management and business sense from leadership. While leadership likes to portray a tight-knit, family-like environment with little turnover, the peaks and valleys of the business leads to layoffs every 3-5 years.
