      Unfortunately, my experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of professional HR management, poor leadership culture, and an unhealthy work-life balance. While the company has potential, the internal management structure makes it difficult for employees to grow or feel supporte

      Policies are unclear, and employee concerns are often dismissed rather than addressed constructively...Leadership communication is poor, and decisions are frequently made without transparency or respect for employees....Work-life balance is extremely challenging. Long hours are often expected without proper planning or compensation, leading to burnout...There is little support for employee well-being, and feedback is not welcomed
