      The worst company both for employees and their customers

      Pros

      No pros at all. This is the worst company I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Forcing the employees to work overtime EVERYDAY within paying a penny. No benefits offer. Management team sucks, greedy, and near-sighted. Inexperienced team members, and unprofessional working style.

      Thank you for your review. NNRoad employees have many opportunities for growth, but this also means work and changes happen quickly and require a diligent, teamwork approach. We do aim to provide our employees with multitude of opportunities and as a start-up, resources can be limited at times, just like other new and growing companies.       Pros

      Multinational team in multi locations. My colleagues are from 8 countries. Good training opportunity, I was arranged to travel to China for the onboarding training for one month. They are all passionate and hard working. I'm happy to work within the team.

      Cons

      No obvious cons. I saw some former colleagues complained working time. It's not fair. We are never asked to do over time. But for a startup in USA, most of us are hard working. It's for future but not for lazy guys.

      Fresh graduates STAY AWAY - Worst working environment and managers ever

      Pros

      International business, but nothing more!

      Cons

      Greedy and ambitious management. Long working hours without future opportunity and real experience. Low salary without any benefits(not even stocks). Worst working hours noon to 10 - 11 PM at least without overtime payment.

      Thank you for your review. As we are an International business we work flexible hours in order to provide our clients with convenient service. We appreciate your feedback on leading employees and do ask that our employees be part of the team and together we work to find ways to better our processes and procedures. We are ambitious as we are a start-up in the fast-moving world of international business and do expect our employees to be innovative and grow with the company and then reward employees accordingly.
