Great benefits and all holidays off.
Cons
Poor management and dull work atmosphere. Only aloud one work from home day a week, which has to be Monday.

Good benefits, good flexibility. Many staff have high competence and integrity.
Cons
Be very skeptical if you are considering working here. I regret not being better informed of the internal culture before accepting my position. My opinion is that if you want to feel like you are making a difference and contributing to great work, don't work at NOACA until the executive director leaves and some of the high level leaders go with her. It's an increasingly unbearable environment, really toxic and backwards. Morale is very very low.
