Nothing pros to work here, Salary is less, work pressure is high, Seniors are not helpful, In starting of days only they except to you too much and if you ask for help they will not do at all even they will scold you.

Cons

In glassorder we are seeing 5 rating because when we hired then in 1st day of company they will tell please give 5 rating to us. But If someone want to ruin his life they only he or she will go.

- Average Salary - Can make family relationship while you give benefit to the company but in last they will say what have you done for the company.

Cons

- Not supportive. - No future. - Not helpful in a critical condition. - No support in corona diseases, cut the salaries. - They can kick you any of day, You will come in the morning and suddenly after 2 hours, You will hear, you are terminated and also they give suggestions with politeness what you want termination or resign, or in last you will select resign (It can happen in 1, 2 months also or 2, 4 years also ). - Politician is much there - It's your luck to get an experience letter after 1,2.. years. - Work pressure is so high. - Don't use your laptop in the bedroom, your laptop is the third eye of the company, can capture images anytime. - If someone wants to spoil his life only they will go.
