I have loved working with NOMATIC. Every manager I have had has been amazing. You can tell they really care about their employees and aren’t just about the bottom line. While they totally expect 100 % from you to complete your duties, They understand that we are real people with real lives and allow for flexibility, which has always been something I value the most in a company. Communication within the company has been great, it is always a plus when you can speak to the founders and VP’s of the company and not feel intimidated one bit.
Cons
It is a smaller company and still working on getting some kinks out, but everyone is working together to do their best to get everything running smoothly.
