      Great Place to work if you dedicate your life there

      Pros

      ~the BEST benefits (health insurance and retirement cannot be beat) ~In the highest range of pay for the area in 911 ~strong guild ~employees are like a second family ~4 10's / 3 days off

      Cons

      ~Overtime will run your life (4 10's are normally 4 12's) ~Weekend work is expected when you're called ~Admin is not generally operations friendly (whats best for the company - not the employee) ~high turn over (ongoing training which means more overtime)

      Pros

      Good pay Liberal personal electronics usage policy Your peers are almost universally fantastic people, there are a handful of knuckleheads.

      Cons

      Management is incredibly ambitious, and operates as though employee disciplinary action is the path toward promotion. This comm center operates entirely on a culture of fear. Because of this culture, there is a ton of turnover and a lot of sick calls. If you like to work OT on virtually every day you work, this is the place for you.
