Pros

The negative culture is so large that it has united the team.

Cons

Poor management, motivated by poorly designed KPI's that cause inter department conflict. No procedures or systems. A very poorly setup MRP with huge holes in reporting. Australian office is managed from spreadsheets because of the poor reporting. Newly acquired companies were poorly integrated. Customers are leaving due to very poor operations. Customer service systems can not cope with poorly managed operative systems. Moral is extremely low in all Australian branches. No real review systems are in place. The HR team are slow to return calls/emails and due to poor systems are frequently making pay errors.

Pros

Good, hard working employees. Free lunches were provided often.

Cons

Lack of flexibility and they work employees to DEATH. Management doesn't care about employees and think that buying lunch makes up for lack of respect. Management has no idea how to actually run the place. Very unorganized, poorly managed and truly chaotic environment. Horrible work-life balance.
