Nothing that comes to mind - maybe a bit fast-paced at times, but I love it

First class advice proposition - Friendly and energetic team atmosphere - everyone is fully bought into the company’s project to use technology to deliver great advice to clients - Constantly evolving and improving technology and processes to improve client outcomes - Very passionate and driven co-founders who always make time to speak with the team about questions or suggestions for improvements - Exciting environment to work in, you feel like you can genuinely make a difference to clients’ lives and also have a say on the way the business is developing.
Cons
- Fast-paced, startup atmosphere may not be for everyone. - You will be given a lot of freedom in the role, which can be challenging and an entrepreneurial attitude is a must-have. - Systems and processes are constantly evolving and developing, so you can’t rest on your laurels and must embrace change.
