The hourly pay was fair. You also were allowed to work as much overtimes as you wanted.

Cons

The middle management was not in sync with the upper management so it was difficult to understand what the daily goals were and what our team goals were.

CEO treats employees good, good pay with benefits and time off

Cons

it is very chaotic atmosphere. one manager is really hard to get along with. she is never at work. only responds to emails or contacts you to yell at you. her assistant manager is no better. good employees are always leaving because of the way they are treated. the manager that was good left. that is when things got worse.
