Cons

Toxic work environment that condones bad behavior and rewards performers with even more work. Management decisions are unreliable given multiple organizational changes. Clear lack of diversity and inclusion within the organization, with little effort made to address systemic issues of favoritism, discrimination and bias. Some leaders are entitled and out of touch, often making offensive comments that reflect their disregard for people's well-being. Definitely NOT a pro-people company.
