The mismanagement of this organization is through the roof - especially the finance department and all who answer to the makeshift "CFO". If you are going to be in a financial position - do yourself a favor and ask about the turnover rate for this position. It is through the roof. You will have to answer to people who get off on attempting to be work place bullies (They don't really do a good job at bullying other than making themselves look weak and fragile). People at this organization are generally sad and the high turnover rate reflects that. Once again, I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT WORK IN THE FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU CAN MAKE. You will realize this in about a month after starting when you find yourself looking for a new job like all of those before you.
