      Pros

      I feel valued as an employee with benefits and the work isn't overwhelming. Promotes within. Invests in your education.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better. I job search a lot to see if anyone in the same industry will pay better, which they do, significantly. High turnover due to mediocre pay.

      Pros

      160 year old multi-generational family owned company. Professional but fun and open-minded to new ideas/solutions. Earned and deserves every bit of the large market share it presently holds. Want a great place to work? This is the one.

      Cons

      For me the only disadvantage was the NP Dodge wasn't involved in new development/construction. National/regional/local market conditions didn't support new development/construction anyway, but it remained a career interest of mine. In 1989 I moved to AZ and subsequently developed +/- 9,000 apartments in AZ and NV.
