Pros

the pay per hour is decent that’s it

Cons

pay for parking per check, management skills, work environment, hostile and uncomfortable work environment, feel left out if new, can’t take a day off if sick without being penalized, very small office setting with cameras everywhere, elevator barely works in the building and they don’t make you feel welcome at all!

company policies change daily, very poorly managed, owners participate in fraudulent activities with billing and insurance, they fire you if you speak up

-Fair compensation, not much else -Potential

Cons

-Hostile workplace environment -Lack of training -Management has poor communication and accountability for training employees -Understaffed and overworked -Patients not prioritized -Former staff had warned me against this place, but I had to learn the hard way
