      not one possible pro to write.

      Cons

      The most toxic and horrific company I have ever worked at. The owner is abusive and thinks he owns anyone he pays. 95% of the employees are miserable and desperately trying to find other jobs, while the 5% left are just enjoying the free ride as they get away with doing no work and annual raises for it. The owner cannot manage people, cannot run operations, and fudges the numbers each quarter to feel better while yelling at everyone else for not reading his mind. No bills are paid, employees are lied to about bonuses, so many illegal things happening. Forecast is bleak, doubt the company will be around in 6 months.

      Terrible Training Leads to Mental Exhaustion

      Pros

      The pay and benefits were the only motivational factors. They paid better than my last job, but eventually, the stress wasn't worth it.

      Cons

      The work ambiance was awful. The training they offered us was a joke, and there was no guidance or support from the leadership. It led to insane pressure, high workloads, and the worst work-life balance. I wouldn't recommend this workplace to even an enemy.
