Too Much Micro Management, Calculate Salary based on number of emails sent, Minutes you hold your phone. Not committed towards the offer. Changes offer according to their wish. Have to beg for salary credit. Keen on collecting information you know. Salaries wont be paid on time.

This is honestly the most dysfunctional, un-professional company I have ever worked for. I can promise you this, u will lose customers that u work hard to build relationships with. Their delivery is non existent. U will get zero resumes for weeks!! Their staffing delivery platform is out of India. Enough said !!
