Pros

Good salary for the skill level needed. Some interesting clients. Historically there's not been much micromanaging

Cons

Training is poor and there's no mechanism within the company to develop assessor to other standards. The new owners are expecting good payback and I'm not convinced the current senior leadership team are up to the challenge. The job gets very repetitive after a few years.

Great job to find out about and meet Great British companies

Cons

Extremely long working hours, no boundaries of personal time. Very high out of pocket expenses 50% of monthly pay, poor slow reimbursement. Massive amount of travel. Unachievable targets, pay offer at recruitment not met. Punitive contract.
