      Excellent benefits and telecommuting once per week.

      Cons

      Cold and unfriendly environment. Management does not interact with support staff. Everyone stays in their office with the door closed.

      Good work/life balance, positive environment, ability to work independently or with co-workers, close to public transportation, small office environment, and telecommuting if the position allows.

      Cons

      No interaction with senior staff and management, everyone stays in their office with the door shut, no employee bonding or social events.
