      Pros

      Worked with some great people, who unfortunately all feel the same way about the company I do and are long gone.

      Cons

      No comms, no recognition, no career growth, greedy and sneaky Country Managers and MD's. Absolutely no upside here!

      -small close nit team -table tennis during breaks -convenient location

      Cons

      -very little commission to be earned for sales people -lack of resources for sales staff to hit their unreasonable KPI -micro management -extremely high staff turnover - over 70% within 1 year

      Not much pros here. table tennis..

      Cons

      - hire and fire mentality -a lot of insecurities from middle management and want to fire people from day one to get the tone -if you are better than middle management, you are a goner (must play dumb here) -management is quite stuck in the old ways of management from 18th century -high churn and burn -middle management feels they can talk down to people -no respect for employees from middle management - micro management
