The management team of this company has a far way to go to accomplish any stars in my opinion. Unfortunately there was no option for NO stars at all. Its not a pleasant environment to work in. The lack of knowledge, leadership and professionalism creates a very stressful environment. Employees of this company are treated like "slaves"...work...work...do not ask questions, do not make suggestions, do not try to upgrade in anyway. Just follow orders. If their clients only knew how they treated their staff they would have none!

There is to many, here is few: poor visions, nepotism is evidence, CEO/Owner hire his own family even tho incompetence, same person promotes wrong people into management/director role especially IT manager and CSC director they are buffoons who are very unprofessional and unknowledgable. Only the buffoons who are big talkers and big liers are the ones who gets promotions. Low pay, minimum vacations, only 2 sic days, minimum benefits
