There are no pros to this awful place

Cons

All of it. The company separates upper management from field employees and upper management gets the best of everything and bonuses. They preach compassion but they don’t practice it and could care less about their customers as long as they pay.

On site living, decent hourly wages

Cons

Upper management frequently changing systems needed to run property, local area management too busy to ever help property managers, you are expected to run your property like you own it, but are not given the tools to do so.
