Pros

-good compensation if you negotiate and stick with your rate. -easy interview process. -they will pretty much hire anyone.

Cons

- the money isn't worth the drama you will have to put up with day to day - the company is extremely unprofessional - management doesn't care about employees AT ALL. - gossip central which just produces an unproductive environment. - very small company so they love love love to micromanage - very unorganized- no set processes set in place. - no training at all - very passive aggressive - recruiting department expects you to work 50-60 hour work weeks. no working from home is allowed. face-time is a big factor for them, so say goodbye to work-life balance

Pros

I was an applicant, and the people were friendly during the five interviews with the C suite and phone screen. However, they could not make a decision to save their life.

Cons

After five interviews, a phone screen, your lack of communication, and your failure to abide by your timelines, I can fairly state your hiring process is abysmal. In the essence of good time management, have you considered panel interviews? You asked for references, which I quickly provided, and you embarrassed me by never contacting them. Candidates are human beings, and you must treat them with courtesy and respect. The references are professionals who are reaching out to me inquiring about your lack of communication. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for your flawed, incompetent work. For a company that is a staffing agency with its executive team having years of experience in the industry, you are a disappointment to your profession. I hope these harsh comments will benefit a future applicant.

Pros

Within your team there is support. Each satellite office felt like a small family business and managers and coworkers all worked together. Company offers insurance and a full 40 hour work week.

Cons

Middle and upper management are mostly narcissists and treat everyone below them with disdain/disgust. Workloads are not long term attainable. Commission pay structure is a joke. Salary structure is LOW!!! Company is more worried about the employees their recruiter are placing and how they are viewed as a company than they are about those that actually make the company money. They hold meetings discussing how profitable the company but raises are far and few between unless you are “liked” and/or in a higher paid position. They say they are diverse, but in small talk you hear middle management make comments that clearly dictate otherwise and there is no shame shown.
