      You get paid every week.

      Cons

      You get blame for everything that go wrong. You don't get a raise. You have to cover the person that don't show for work without extra pay. They will lie to you about anything.

      Good Salary, Good Pension and Good facilities. An established company with good work life balance

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians coupled with a workforce that thanks to a few has a poor work ethic. Company kept a float by a handful of hardworking staff. Need to get rid of the dead wood
