Pros

Zero, nada, none. They make you think the ship isn’t sinking with kombucha, so maybe that’s a perk?

Cons

Truly a living hell. Employees are treated as disposable, are told to be grateful to work for such an exciting brand. Anyone under 35 is spoken to and treated like a child — with the assumption we’ve never had a professional job elsewhere. There’s no chance of getting promoted at all, even when you go above and beyond and work your fingers to the bone. This company is excellent at exploiting talented young people, sucking them dry of every last bit of creative energy before they (1) inevitably quit or (2) accept their fate to wither away having never been encouraged to reach their full potential. The pay is trash and the benefits are the bare minimum the company can provide. Truly a disgusting excuse for an organization. I cannot wait till the ship sinks, because it absolutely will. If this review seems impassioned & scathing, it’s because it is. I truly cannot believe the treatment I received at NSTO. I’ve been gone for over a year and the genuine detriment the senior management caused to my self esteem in regards to my career haunts me daily. What an awful, horribly managed company. Chris Bissoula should be ashamed of himself to be captaining such a terrible ship.

Pros

Name recognition, cool product, nice offices.

Cons

The culture at NSTO is nothing but problematic: gossip, immaturity, extremely unprofessional behavior, and lack of experience at all levels. The quality of product and work put out has taken a nosedive–and it's apparent to not only employees, but consumers as well. There is no organization or professionalism. Stay far away.
