      Pros

      Good salary & benefits and a laid back environment

      Cons

      For one, they are too top heavy. Their signature accomplishment is OPM work that they picked up as an 8(a) several years ago, and apparently recently lost, and they haven't really won or done much since then. They have a revolving door of business people that is cause for concern if your job depends on a government contract or if you're one of the many people that are on overhead. They claim to have a great culture but many are very cliquish so you need to watch your back.

      Pros

      NT Concepts offers a great benefit package, and it is trying to take care of its employees.

      Cons

      NT Concepts is struggling with its culture, mid-level managers need more training, trying to accomplish too much in a short period of time.

We recognize that the tremendous growth we’ve experienced has put a bit of a strain on the system, and we want you to know that we are working hard to solve issues as they arise. We know we have a lot of work to do to ensure that our culture remains vibrant and continues to support our growing organization.       Pros

      Health Benefits- that's about it. This is just a job, not a career.

      Cons

      Too many levels of upper management. Too many friends working for friends. I couldn't tell you what half these folks really do.
