Less stipend for GET

facility for learning more,industry based job

Cons

stipend less...because we are in bangalore not in village also for accomodation they aren't giving money.In the less money we are living like a labour. In the training all good companies are giving 15-20k and accomodation charges separately. Nttf is saying it is a good institute so why not giving facility to GET. Please treat like a employee not maid.For this reason most of GET were resigning.Management is not thinking about GET salary.

Pros

If you want to go in technical training field the job is perfectly suitable. you will gain technical knowledge and will build a strong basic on your engineering subjects. your presentation skills will be improved You will learn about ISO 9001:2008

Cons

Carrer growth will be stagnated. No proper increment in salary(major drawback). The salary increment and bonus structures are very poor. even though you will be working for more than 5 years with them there will not be any significant hike in your salary in compare to the salary at what you joined.
