- They have position holders who will lie all the way to keep their position of power. - Politics is dense; This workplace is bad for your mental health and character development: Drama happening every few days. - People of influence openly smearing, sabotaging one another, trying to get ahead. - A cureless top mgt who are used to middle mgt lying and gaslighting. - Always the same result same outcome. Middle mgt running the show. - The workplace sabotage is real. Because there are 2 faced people who are given too much power.
