Pros
Amazing CEO, great exposure to executives, and a lot of opportunity to learn. Would possibly work better as a good internship.
Cons
The salary is quite horrible for software development, especially considering that it was a one man software development department for a good size client base. It is hardly livable for the amount you work. You have to be available for 7 days a week to keep up with random demands from these businesses, which can turn into 80+ hour weeks.

Various client interactions, and environments. Challenging due to unfamiliarity with various clients on-site configurations.
Cons
Hard to move up, no real options, no perks of being a employee - no job training, education assistance for school or certifications.
