New Technologies are used. Frameworks in PHP, Java, Mobile apps

Cons

All day skype calls from client. They say agile methodology. But they simply harass the employees by more than 5 client calls, 5 task updates and 5 new discussions per day.

The relaxed and chilled out culture could be a disadvantage sometimes specially for freshers, since its the job and they get used to the relaxed work culture.
