Only accept this position if you're desperate. Run the other way on this one. During reference verification, this company asked inappropriate questions. Reactive, no training, poor communication, blames employees, constant shift changing with zero notice, and attacks their employees rather than addressing the complete lack of a training program. Developing a training program requires effort and time; its just easier to blame the team. Out of 7 employees hired, 5 of us left. Accuses workers of stealing time without verifying if this is accurate. I personally observed it and was in communication with this employee in a virtual meeting. Left company before my integrity and reputation was also attacked.
