Pros

1. Salary is good enough to live a luxury life in Chandigarh. 2. It’s an heaven for a person who knows how to transform his responsibilities/tasks to others. So someone will be working for you and in the mean time you can enjoy Coffee, surf youtube/facebook, and play Pool/TT. You can find number of folks of same type in few days from joining. 3. They are providing free breakfast at morning and snacks in evening to all employees, so you need not to bother about having breakfast before leaving for office. Just wake up, finish daily routine and rush to office. Also you can get hygienic lunch/Dinner in office at nominal price. 4. You need not to worry about your social/family life because you would have no life when you are working with nvish. You have to spend most of your time in the office only (extra hours in weekdays + almost full weekend), because either you are required or not but your manager wants everyone from the team to be there every time. 5. It’s a small organization, so you can get in touch with top management (CEO, MD) directly, if you want to put the story in their notice or anything else, but not worthy at all , they are more dumb than the HRs. They just care about getting the business/projects anyway even they fake profile/strength of their employee to clients at extreme level. Although they were caught red handed sometimes by the client for the same. 6. They follow strict attendance policy (9 hours per day), and deduct salary/leave for that day if you are not completing 9 hours but the best part is they are managing it through attendance on paper sheet so you just need to make entry of your in/out in a manner that it completes 9 hours(no matter what time you actually in/out) or you can ask your colleagues to make a check in/out entry for you as well. 7. Its easy to get any information or any documentation, in case you need. Hr and accounts are supportive in this case. They'll provide you help in all the manner. They are doing it because they do not have a web portal where you can find it, even you have to ask account team every month to get your salary slip and they will provide you a hard copy of it. There is no web portal where you can get all these details(like all pay slips, form16, investment declaration, tax related documents etc.). 8. You will be treated as the most important resource of company whenever you ask for a leave. So take regular leaves to get your visibility and importance.

Cons

1. If you want to spoil your professional profile, choose Nvish. They can assign you any role as per their choice, no matter what your profile is. 2. They are so fake, especially when they are hiring, they manipulate a lot about company. All the time you are processed with Nvish and you will get an offer letter from NetParticipate Solution which is an LLP (limited liability partnership-- similar registration as departmental store). They lure candidates to join by making false promises - this has already been stated in several other reviews. Honestly I don't blame them because if they speak the truth, nobody will ever join them!! 3. HR Policies are just for the showcase. A lot of micromanagement, worst Management. HRrs have no power, for every small thing they are dependent on project managers and CEO's approval. 4. They follow the hire & fire policy. They have done it number of times in past, even in recent as well. As soon as they get hint of project, they start hiring people at any cost, later if project is not in their bucket or once it is over they can ask you to leave any time. “No job security at all”. 5. Getting an appraisal in NVish is like finding water in desert. Most of the employees, who are working since long with nvish, are waiting for their hike/promotion from last 2+ years. 6. They don't have sufficient working IT assets. They have very low configuration in their systems, and if you are getting a working laptop without holding a manager designation, it’s like an achievement. Most of the systems have very low RAM and very old processor. Most of the laptop are older than 6+ years and are working as a desktop because they do not have a power backup or not functioning well (ex. Mouse pad/keyboard not working, heating very much etc.) and if you are planning for WFH and looking for a data card from IT, it’s your biggest mistake. Adding into it if any mishap comes with laptop, they are going to deduct the same from your salary. 7. They can terminate you any time, top management behaves like you are their slave, they can call you any time (sometimes at 12 in the night {Friday night}) just to ask you silly things like your status of the day, your leave plans etc. (all this info they can find in their emails as well) and exhaust you. 8. They force their female employees to stay till late at office but there is no compensation or transportation facility to drop them to their home safely, in case she had not opted office cab. 9. Very biased policies like: Notice Period - It is 3 months if you resign by yourself and if they want to kick you out, its just 1 month, many other norms, it's just an example. 10. No internal/external training, no skill improvement program, very rare team event/outing. Internal Politics is there. Management at nvish, only want get work done from employee and in return no appreciation in form of appraisals or gifts. **Another important thing to note - They are countering every bad review with a fake positive review with 4 or 5 star rating, that is written or advised by someone from management to trap the guys. Read all these reviews carefully and use your brain - you can easily make out which reviews have been written by the management themselves.

nvish shall teach you , how to work 24*7 . The pressures shall test the perseverance and patience Hard work is god

Cons

No emotions attach , only for only who don't like home... 24* 7 is something which cant be done . Still people put a great show

Food at Rs 20, free tea, coffee, breakfast. Trust me these are the only pros.

Now from where should I start. CEO is the most greedy person I have ever seen in my life, he only motto is to earn money and he doesn't care about his employees at all. You are in the company as long as you are in a project, once the project is gone they will throw you out like you never existed. It can even happen within a month of your Joining. And they have this tendency of losing projects very often because of their so called higher management. Top management is good for nothing, trust me none of the so called managers there know nothing but still they are surviving. One of the Managers Seth has been surving in Nvish for very long time although he has been the reason for the closure of many projects. HR department is good for nothing as they are only there to communicate what the CEO wants them to say. Nvish has been famous of FIRING people, don't trust me? Well Google it. They will hire you even without interviewing when they are in need and will throw you out like you never existed. All the positive reviews that you are seeing here are written by the Management itself. They will come to your seat and will ask you to post a positive review. Mark my words after this review will get posted there will be some positive reviews coming your way just to hide this one, this is what they do. You can give your 100% in work but they will never appreciate your work. MOST IMPORTANTLY- They will call you or interview by the name of NVISH but if unfortunately you get selected you won't be joining Nvish but NETPARTICIPATE SOLUTION LLP. This was another move by the CEO to move Private Ltd company to LLP so that he or his company won't be held accountable for anything. And if you don't know the difference between LLP and Private LTD, kindly Google it. CEO has been saving lot of tax money too by this move, told you before haven't seen more greedy person than him.
