      Pros

      Flex schedule; accumulation of FTO on a bi-weekly basis; great benefits offered

      Cons

      low morale; implemented policy and procedures are not adhered to; very cliquish and too much favoritism; too much reprimanding, not enough praise; no room for growth. Benefits offered are great; however, they are too expensive.

      Pros

      My coworkers made employment there bearable. In the 3 year period I worked there, I saw the general morale drop significantly. Although company was seemingly making money hand over fist, they were slow to increase pay, offer competitive benefits or reward employees.

      Cons

      Upper management is highly incompetent, most of the staff is miserable and highly dissatisfied. Little room for salary increase.

      Pros

      The pay is good for this type of job and the ins and outs are very easy to learn. You get to talk to interesting people from all over the country and learn a lot about the real estate industry along the way. The atmosphere and people are great. Plenty of paid time off and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      There are times when the real estate industry is really slow, and so work here is slow. This can lead to layoffs. However management is good at keeping the right people on board. Raises are not guaranteed and are often not as much as you would like. Especially if you stay with the company for a while.
