Business outlook
Pros
Some of the staff are friendly and I enjoyed working with most of them. Good benefits. It is closed on weekends so that was nice. I enjoyed interacting with members.
Cons
Pay was horrible, didn't get much for a raise. No matter how well you think you did your job it will never be good enough for management. Some people that got hired after me didn't last long. You get trained how to do things one way and then told to do it another. Unless you are ok with sucking up to management you will never get anywhere in that company.
