      Do not take this gig if you need consistent pay.

      -Flexible schedule -There is a ton of information at your disposal.

      Cons

      -The clerical pay rate is low. -You do not get much work for at least a year (I went 4 months without being assigned a workshop). -More senior consultants get more work. -Total lack of organization from leadership. -They are not clear communicators. -They do not care about their contract employees.

      Imbalance in training and workload

      Very supportive during the certification process!

      Cons

      There’s an imbalance between getting certified and the amount of trainings a consultant is assigned. After the initial certification you may be assigned 2 trainings and the expectation is to take more assessments and then get certified on more of the company’s products
