Pros

Ability to work from home. Paid time off is exceptional.

Cons

Low pay for stress and workload. Increased micromanagement despite proving excellent productivity, lack of supportive management. Too many administrative duties and reports take valuable time which would be beneficial to use on direct client care. Insurance extremely high. Training is poor. Over all unrealistic expectations. What you are told when you hire on charges within the first three months.
