      Small, family oriented environment. Decent pay Work events

      Cons

      Disorganized Promises of opportunities that get shot down before they come to fruition. Lots of hiring on then laying off. Takes away from the family feel.

Our pay rates are more than competitive and while every company can shoot for organizational perfection, we have built a brilliant team unafraid of the challenges posed within our new, evolving industry. We definitely pride ourselves in providing our work family with a stellar work atmosphere and other amazing perks (that coincidentally do not include flight benefits).       A company that truly puts family first!

      Pros

      NWUAV isn't one of those companies that says "we care about family" and then gives you a nasty look when you request time off because family is in town. They are a company that truly allows you to put family first. And for all dog moms and dads out there, they see dogs as family too! Working in a dog-friendly office has been not just helpful for me because I can bring my dogs to work ... It's also so welcoming to come to work and see the various pups in the office. I also have a lot of freedom with the work I do! No micro management here! As long as I keep management in the loop, I'm trusted that I'm capable of doing my job without extensive oversight. For me, this has been a breath of fresh air!

      Cons

      If you aren't comfortable wearing multiple hats, then this may not be the best fit for you. Being a smaller company, we all take care of some things that aren't exactly in our job description.
