Pros
1. Nice home office 2. Talk a good Talk 3. Worried about their reputation.
Cons
1. Led astray by the number they present on the volume of closes per interview. All the interviews were done by "one of their best trainers" and he only closed 2 sales in one week where at least 5 to 10 were expected by corporate. 1 of the 2 was not to start for 60 day (this was a very soft sell) The pay on the 2 sales was about $2.00 per hour. O.K. I have been in sales a very long time and bad weeks happen. I totally understand. 2. I trusted this company enough to MEMORIZE at least a 30 page document exactly, word for word. I trusted the number of close ratio and they would not trust me with a minimum wage draw, at least for a few weeks until the trainer was able to close the ratio they anticipate. That is very unusual for a sales industry job. This would be money, by law, I would have to repay if I did not sell the "ratio" they promote. Now this was a HUGE red flag! 3. If you promote yourselves as Christian and believe what I had me memorize, then you should realize that assuring your employees have at least food money would be appropriate. 4. I do not see them walking the walk.
