EXCELLENT work culture. Talented and great people working together in a collaborative setting. You feel in charge with what you do and have a lot of flexibility to execute your own decisions. You have amble opportunity to grow your skill-set and you feel your work is greatly appreciated. Upper management is friendly and accessible. Location is easy to commute and highly accessible by public trans.
Cons
I'm a firm believer in constant improvement, but management has been transparent in acknowledging any points to grow in meetings. Nothing specific as such.

Pros
The young, knowledgeable and aspiring employees here exemplify broad talent in the digital space. I've been fortunate to have worked across multiple teams here and had the opportunity to move upwards over the year. Would definitely recommend if you want to delve right into the fast-paced digital development/marketing industries and not limit yourself in learning. Work environment is fast-paced and creatively-focused, but the workers and management have definitely developed a comfortable environment to grow and learn.
Cons
You must be a good problem solver. As the tech industry is booming, companies are looking for those that are self-motivated and capable of working through challenges. Senior managers are willing to provide clear direction and training; however, there is no hand-holding through projects.
