Working with the kids was the only rewarding part of the job. Their energy and innocence made the difficult days slightly bearable.

Cons

The workload was overwhelming and exhausting, leaving no time to breathe or recover. The hours felt endless, yet the pay was insulting compared to the effort demanded. It quickly became clear that dedication meant nothing here — the harder you worked, the more was piled on. Motivation faded fast in a place that gave so little in return.

There isn't much to like about working here, to be honest. My coworkers are decent, at least.

Cons

Working here feels incredibly exhausting due to the terrible schedules and poor management. My work-life balance is pretty messed up, and management couldn't care less that I'm having a hard time.
